Not only have I lost about about ten pounds but these goal have increased my productivity. My mood feels more enhanced and feel truly happy and blessed stressed out. My energy is increase, I sleep better and have less aches and pains in my body. These goal were a little tough only because I love food so much! Its so hard to stay away from the bread and carbs, sweets and all the fat. But I did it and it showed great results. Keeping up with these goals, will keep my futures bright and provide a long healthy and happy life. I stay hydrated and it helps reduce all my craving and makes me feel fuller. I defiantly don't skip meals any more and eat about the same amount each day. I now preplan around cravings but if I do tend to give in every once in a while, I forgive myself and don't beat myself up about it because at the end of the day I am human and we make mistakes. I also make sure I stay active. Increasing my activity a little each day create a better mindset and eat healthier. All of this will help my cholesterol stay steady, my weight stay at a healthy place and help prevent different diseases such as cancer. All these small changes over time really do payoff. I just have to keep working hard and stick to my main goal of losing weight and just be an all around healthy person. Not only am I doing this for myself but I also hope it will influence my mother and father to adopt this healthy life style because I would love for them to live a long healthy life with me.
