Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a year 11 student of Beal High School.

As part of my GCSE business studies coursework. I am currently working on a project, which involves identifying and solving the problems of communication between two offices located 50 miles apart.

I would like to obtain information (leaflets, booklets and so forth) relating to the various types of communication services provided by your company. I am particularly interested in your telephone, fax and electronic (email) services.

Could you please send any information you feel would assist me in my project as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully
